Private Client Manager
My client is one of the UKs leading specialist Financial Services companies, serving High Net Worth Clients for all their financial needs.
Due to a significant UK expansion programme, they are now looking to hire a number of Private Client Managers, to enhance their growth and are looking for Financial Advisors who have experience of presenting themselves at senior and professional levels.
Dimensions:
Reports to Regional Sales Manager
Part of a regional office team of between 7 and 8 Private Client Managers and 3 support staff responsible for the delivery of the Individual Client Service Offering within the regional area
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Ability to contact, engage & develop relationships
Able to thoroughly understand and identify a client's current and future financial needs
Provide excellent advice to clients based on areas of need such as investment strategy, pension planning, retirement solutions, estate planning and family protection
All services and advice offered in a fully compliant manner, in line with all company and regulatory responsibilities
Develop long-term relationships with customers to enable lifetime value to be maximised.
In order to be successfully considered for this exceptional position, you will need to possess the following qualities, all of which will be tested during a selection process; fully qualified financial advisor, demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets, fantastic personal impact both face-to-face and over the phone, an ability to engage and hold an audiences attention and interest, a credible and discerning personality, competitive with a desire to increase and then maintain a personal high standard of living, tenacious and determined to exceed goals with a high desire to exceed goals.
My clients remuneration package is well above average with a basic salary of £42,000, together with uncapped bonuses with an average OTE of £75,000 with their top performers earning six figure sums. A company car with the choice of a BMW 5 Series or Audi A6, along with a full benefits package commensurate with a high quality position.
My client will consider fully qualified Financial Advisors from all backgrounds who currently have CAS status.
