£15000 - £18,000 + bonus + benefits (OTE c£21-£25,000)+pension + 21 days holiday

Hours: 8.30am – 5/5.30pm



We are looking for internal sales executives for the telesales team based in Wakefield.



The role is 90% new business sales to the SME marketplace and will be based on postcode areas. They will be working in a team of 8 in total in activity based sales and report to an internal sales manager.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 12-18 months activity based business to business telesales experience.





Our client is one of the worlds leading Business-to-Business office supplies companies.

Due to expansion, we are seeking high calibre internal sales professionals to develop new business through pro-active outbound sales calls to small businesses UK wide.



Key accountabilities include:





Generate new business opportunities through outbound telephone appointments and cold calls.



Identify and up sell additional products/services within target customers.



Manage internal customer database and ensure all records are current and updated.



Proactive targeting and acquiring of new business.



Selling a wide portfolio of products.



Successfully delivering targets consistently in a highly competitive market place.



Operating in a highly dynamic target driven environment.





Abilities & Attributes:



Used to working to activity based KPI targets.



Ability to multi-task and prioritise according to impact.



Excellent negotiator with strong commercial and financial awareness.
